Account Manager
Cerillo Account Managers are responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts across an assigned territory and market segment, serving as the primary commercial contact for researchers, lab managers, and procurement stakeholders. This individual will drive revenue by identifying new opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and representing Cerillo's innovative product lines with scientific credibility. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, science-savvy sales professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is passionate about putting the right tools in researchers' hands.

Optical Engineer
Cerillo's Optical Engineer is a specialized member of the Engineering team responsible for designing, developing, and validating the precision optical systems at the heart of Cerillo's compact microplate readers. Drawing on a deep understanding of optical theory and applied principles, particularly in commercially available instrumentation, the Optical Engineer defines optical architectures for multi-wavelength absorbance measurement, selects and qualifies optical components, and establishes repeatable system designs to achieve the high sensitivity and accuracy demanded by Cerillo’s customers. The role requires close collaboration with electrical and mechanical engineers to integrate optical systems into compact, low-power, environmentally robust instruments.

Electrical Engineer
Cerillo's Electrical Engineer is a core member of the Engineering team responsible for designing, developing, and testing the electronic systems and PCB hardware that power Cerillo's compact microplate readers. The Electrical Engineer works at the intersection of optics, embedded systems, and precision analog design, collaborating closely with mechanical and optical engineers to deliver innovative, reliable lab instruments for the life sciences market.

Mechanical Engineer
Cerillo's Mechanical Engineer is a key member of the Engineering team responsible for designing, prototyping, and refining the mechanical architecture of Cerillo's compact microplate readers. Working closely with electrical and optical engineers, the Mechanical Engineer translates functional requirements into manufacturable designs that are precise, durable, and optimized for use in challenging laboratory environments—including anaerobic chambers, incubators, and field settings. The role spans the full product lifecycle from concept through production.
