The Stratus is usually powered from either a wall outlet or a computer, but is also able to be used with an external battery pack. Many customers that use the Stratus in anaerobic environments (chamber or gas-pak) prefer to use an external battery pack. This enables the Stratus and battery to be contained within the anaerobic environment.

We have tested batteries for compatibility with the Stratus. Our recommendation is the Anker PowerCore 10000 due to its long life and small size.
