Co-Culture Champion Contest Terms and Conditions

 

Eligibility:

1.1 The Co-Culture Champion Contest (the “Contest”) is open to individuals who are studying the microbiome at academic institutions, organizations or private companies.

1.2 Employees, representatives, or affiliates Cerillo and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

How to Enter:

2.1 The Contest entry period will begin on August 7th and close on September 8th

2.2 To enter the Contest, participants must complete the entry form at https://cerillo.bio/co-culture-champion-registration/

2.3 Only one entry per participant is allowed.

Content Guidelines:

3.1 All entries must comply with Cerillo’s guidelines, including being original, non-offensive, and free from third-party copyright or trademark infringement.

3.2 By submitting an entry, participants grant Cerillo permission to promote entries through press releases, blog, podcasts, social media and other mediums.

Winner Selection and Notification:

4.1 Winners will be selected based on innovation and merit.

4.2 The winners will be notified through the contact information provided during entry.

4.3 If a winner does not respond within 7 days of the initial notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prizes:

5.1 The prizes for the Contest will be  determined based on needs required by the winning entry is at the discretion of Cerillo as to the quantity co-culture duets and components.

Publicity:

6.1 By participating in the Contest, participants consent to Cerillo using their names, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Disqualification:

7.1 Cerillo reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.

Modifications and Termination:

8.1 Cerillo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice or liability.

Release and Limitation of Liability:

9.1 By entering the Contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless Cerillo  and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Governing Law:

10.1 The Contest and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of United States.

Sponsorship:

11.1 The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party company or social media platform used for promotion.
